So I told KElle my closet friend about (in/them/us) but she thought that it would be (-/a/an) open party and felt free to invite lots of people I (hardly/hard/harder) knew. On the day of the party I (was shocking /was shocked/were shocked) to see that my house was so full with people that it was difficult to get from the living room to the kitchen. The house was also an absolute mess and unfortunately there was (any /no/none) way I could tidy it up before my parents came home. When they saw the state the house was (about/in/on) I was in big trouble. Well one thing is for sure. Now I can say that I (have learnt/learn/had learnt) my lesson and I will be more careful the next time I plan a party.
