1. When he found the parcel at the door he understood that the postman had made a mistake because he believed that no one would ever send him anything.
2. As he was running across the street, a fire brigade passed by him and he was surprised to see that the firefighters had already arrived at the corner of the street because they had walked. (Partea asta nu prea are logica.)
3. I haven`t bought a new schoolbag this year yet, because I could use the last year one which was torn into pieces two days ago in a bag fight at Maria`s place, but I am buying a new schoolbag because my mother promised me last year that the next bag would look great.
4. I did not know why he had told me those nasty things but I guess he cares about me a lot and he wants me to be perfect.
