Delivery complaint

As described in the order form no. 186 dated 27 October 2018, I ordered the following articles:

- one cotton T-shirt

- one pair of trousers

These goods were delivered on 4 November 2018 and, after checking, proved to have the following defects: none of them are the right size and colour.

Consequently, I expect you to take these articles back and to replace them immediately.

I trust that such an incident will not occur again.
