Black History Month is celebrated both in the USA and in the UK. American people celebrate it in **February**; British people celebrate it in **October**. It is the time when they speak about the importance of the black **heritage** in the history of the US and of the UK. For a long time, Afro-Americans did not have the same **rights** the white people did. For example, when they **took** the **bus**, they were not **allowed** to sit at the **back** of the bus. They were not **allowed** to walk, eat, or rest in the same place as the white people. All this happened just because they had a different **skin colour**. This was really **unjust**.
Luckily, things have changed, and all the people have the **same rights** now. They no longer **refuse** entry to places based on **skin colour**. It's a significant **fight for** equality, and we celebrate the progress that has been made during Black History Month. The dream of a world where everyone is treated with fairness and respect, regardless of their background, continues to **imagine** and inspire us. The **legal** system, including judges who now strive for justice, played a crucial role in making this dream a reality.
